New Land Claim, Johnathan (for real this time)

I'd like the make a land claim on the land outlined here, for the purposes of starting a new realm, which I plan to call "Teltebhann" [tel-teh-wen]. The claim is about 1500 blocks north-to-south, and about 1000 blocks east-to-west.

I've spoken with the realm leaders in the Sybjyr, and everyone seems to be in agreement. Of course if anyone changes their mind, please let me know.
