Paring Down Realm Ranks

Hello, there has been a good bit of discussion today. I think this proposal to change, but still retain realm ranks is likely to be the most favoured. It retains gaining Fast Travel and End Portals, but after that it is just a metric. Wonders and Industries have been removed entirely, no more confusion. All builds within a realm count, all specialized builds within a realm count.
Numbers have been changed to reflect actual obtainable levels, as there wasn't really anything to base it on before.
