ITH: Lamielle Part 2, Electric Boogaloo

Lamielle has already been granted ITH status, but I am requesting one new connection and one connection relocation.
- I am requesting a regional FTP between Hawk's Landing and Lamielle. The Lamielle coordinates are (4523,13365). The Hawk's Landing pad is marked with a sign and is right beside all the others. This link has been approved by the Infrastructure Ministry.
- I am requesting that my current FTP link with Anaetyr be moved to the coordinates (4523, 13361). These are right next to the Hawk's Landing coordinates.
Both new locations in Lamielle are marked with signs, banners, and landing pads. Thank you!
