New(ish) Land Claim

Hello, I'd like to reclaim my previous claim of 'Pianto Dia Florina'

Nothing is changing with the name or borders. I know previously Pianto did claim sovereignty of the oceans around it, but that looked ugly on the map. I still take that land with personal importance, but I won't make you show that on the map.. since that looked bad. So let's stick to the island circled in the image above.

This is a claim for land that is already owned by another realm, which was the case last time we did this as well. If there is anything special I should do, let me know.

I waited to reclaim the city, to prove that I can be active again and have made serious contributions to the city that will allow it to be both a Rank 1 realm as well as an RTH for FTPs.
