Sivian Vansen seeks promotion to the rank of Viscount. The following information is to certify the build and activity requirements for the position. I believe that I have been an active member of the server since the restart and have participated not only in general discussions but have made a point to give all lines of discourse and discussion a fare shake without too much bias.
