Ornthas Land Claim

So my realm is getting pretty developed, and I find myself desiring some more land.
Specifically a chunk of extreme hills on my border, both for Elias to go have fun in, and so I can play with Wyvern and Dragon's in my lore.Below is my current land area (red) as well as the proposed claim (orange)
The northern half of my current claim is pretty much filled with settlements. I've already begun moving into the southern plains and sunflower plains, with a walled town started. The rest of the plains will be filled with small farming hamlets/fields, which take up a lot of space.
The large oak forest is still empty, and I have a few settlements in mind for down there, but I do want some large swaths of it to stay wild, for lore purposes.
If the size of it is any issue, I can draw it back from the sea. I just kind of followed the river and did what felt natural.

I see no issue with this land claim. As long as you fulfilled what you promised before posting your second one, I see this as fair.
