New Realm Land Claim

This is a request to claim some land to start my own realm! I believe I am the first person to do this so I have no template to go off of lol, but below is a picture of the area I would like to claim (circled in red) and Mushroom Gulag is within frame to help give a size comparison. I am cool with tapering back my claim a bit if this is too large. If more photos are needed I am cool to gather those as well
