Abandoned realms and orphaned members

Realms that I believe are both inactive and unbuilt:
Isilioth
Moluk
Almuride

Realms that I believe are both inactive and have no members:
Iledecass
Mal Amon
Moluk

I propose we reach out to owners of Almuride and Isilioth to attempt to determine if they wish to keep claim of their realms and otherwise dissolve them.

I propose the realms of Mal Amon and Iledecass be dissolved due to having no members(or locating members that are not properly tagged on Discord).

It is my understanding that Melody has given up noble status to join Ornthas leaving no liege or members and so the previous claim of Moluk can be dissolved.

I would propose this as a one-off motion to clear these unused claims, especially those which exist in name only.

If it does, I was unable to locate them easily. If someone knows the coords I'd like to render the dynmap in the area.
And of course if it has builds and members I'd drop it from this list.

I've located the builds in Almuride and will be dropping it from consideration.
I've spoken with Tiber and he has stated that his claim can be dissolved.
