Ornthas 2nd land claim

Its getting to be time for another land claim. With Berg and Ikram both actively building, I'm asking for a little larger 2nd claim compared to the first. But I think we're starting to feel a little cramped in the current claim and this is probably overdue.
To clarify, I'm claiming the top right section, and the other lines are my original borders and previous land claim.
