RTH; Lunaguard, Ornthas

I would like to request a second FTP for Ornthas, in the form of a regional transport hub in Lunaguard, Berg's settlement.

Lunaguard currently has 17 builds, 2 ships, and at least 5 markets/shops.

In regards to having a second ftp in Ornthas:

A realm may gain access to multiple FTP locations within a single realm once they reach a

realm size equivalent to that of the ranks Duke, Prince and King gaining an additional one,

two and three locations respectively.

Ornthas currently exceeds Duke requirements, using Athol and Erybis as my 2 large cities larger than 35 total builds.
