RTH: Cadern

I hereby request an RTH from the lands of Calledonía. Cadern now has a total of 15 completed buildings, market stalls totaling around 6 stalls, and docks that have two ships that exceed the 20 block length minimum requirement.

I request to connect to Obrexia, because he's the closest neighbor (Similar to Añora)

I would request that this one take the place of the Anora ftp, and that anora would then connect to this one, so that obrexia can accept the ftp as we have 1 too few ships to accept another connection at this point in time.
