Changing Ranks Prior to Baron

This bill would change our current ranks prior to Baron, removing the Esquire rank, and renaming the Knight Rank to Courtier. No further changes to requirements at this time. I would propose a 30 day waiting period before ranks are changed, so that people may get to the desired rank. Those that fail to do so would be changed back to Commoner at that point in time.
