Kryizon's Claim of the lands that once belonged to Pianto Dia Florina

I would like to claim the lands previously occupied by Pianto Dia Florina for my own realm.
As you may know, Pianto and Kryizon have very intertwined lore, both culturally and politically, I feel it would make sense to reinstate Pianto into Kryizon.
I intend to keep Pianto as is, lore-wise I wish to simply incorporate it slowly over time into the Kryizon Empire as a province.
