Emerald Ore Crafting Recipe Vote

I would like to propose that the following recipe is added, allowing the creation of emerald ore. This is a balanced recipe, and as far as I know and have been able to see, it is unexploitable, as the maximum number of emeralds that it can drop is the same amount that are needed to create the ore.
